M1 Mobile Broadband/Broadband V Discount Promotion is open to new/existing customers (except those already on M1 12/24 months Mobile Broadband Promotional Discount Service Commitment Contract). 24 months' service commitment contract applies. Discount is valid for 24 months; thereafter, prevailing rates apply. Discount shall replace any existing tariff promotion discount that existing customer is enjoying. Any existing contract shall continue to run concurrently with this contract. Promotion is open till such date as determined by M1. Free USB Stick with 2 year contract for M1 Mobile Broadband mData Value+, mData Lite+ and mData Max+ sign up. M1 reserves the right to change the USB stick model without prior notice. This Promotion is only applicable for customers who sign up for our 24-month Mobile Broadband 4Mbps / V 4Mbps and above plans between 19 Nov to 31 Dec 2010. Not valid for premium bundle deals. Customers are entitled to only 1 free license per signup (either Win or Mac). Any changes after signup are strictly not allowed. Service shall be valid during the entire period, Customers are subscribed to the Mobile Broadband 4Mbps / V 4Mbps and above plans with M1. The Service shall terminate immediately without prior notice to the Customer upon the Customer's downgrade to Mobile Broadband 1Mbps / 2Mbps / V 2Mbps plans, or termination of the Customer's Mobile Broadband 4Mbps / V 4Mbps and above plans. M1 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions without prior notice to the Customer.
