To subscribe to M1 service plans, you must be at
least 16 years old.
For foreign customers, please produce original employment pass/diplomat
pass/work permit/student pass/dependant pass, passport with validity
of 6 months, and proof of official billing address dated within 2
months from date of application.
For PR customers, please produce original NRIC/ re-entry permit/ passport
and proof of official billing address dated within 2 months from date
of application.

For upgrading, customer must complete at least 20 months of their
contract.
M1 Shop reserves the right to reject applications that do not conform
to our Registration Guidelines. |

We deliver in Singapore mainland only. Our delivery
service hours are - Monday to Sunday: 10.00 am to 10.00 pm
Delivery :
We will deliver the handset as per chosen date and timing. However we
would call you for clarification if applicable.
Your presence is needed when we make the delivery. You will be asked
to produce your IC/Passport/Credit Card for verification. You will
also be required to sign your mobile phone service application form
and service contract. A photocopy image of your IC/Passport/ 'Q' , 'P',
'S', 'R', 'Student Pass'or 'PEP' passes must be given to the courier
upon delivery for all transactions.
If you cancel your order upon delivery, a $30 cancellation charge
will be levied.

warranty.

We do not accept cash or cheque payment. Online
payments by Visa, Mastercard or AMEX credit card are currently accepted.
For payment using a debit card, any changes to the initial payment will be refunded back to your debit card account within 4-6 weeks from your chosen delivery date.
