For all transactions, a photocopy image of your NRIC or Passport with FIN or Student Pass must be given to the courier. |

You shall be required to sign the relevant
handset contract where applicable and be bound by the terms therein. |

If you purchase SIM card, selection of the
mobile phone number shall be from the list on our website, www.m1shop.com.sg. A fax or scan copy image of your NRIC or Passport with FIN or Student Pass must be fax or email to us before delivery is made. We will contact you to arrange the necessary details. |

| 9. |
We reserve the right to reject/cancel your
order even after credit card settlement. We shall inform you via email
and a refund shall be made to your credit card. |

| 10. |
Your sales order is confirmed as per date and timing chosen.
We will contact you for clarification if applicable. |

| 11. |
If you cancel the order, we shall refund your payment minus
an adminstrative charge of $30 within 30 days of the delivery date. |

All phone prices apply to a 2-year subscription plan unless otherwise stated. |

All phone offers featured are applicable to new line connection, existing customer with no handset contract or who have completed at least 20 months on their contracts. |

All phone pricing is not applicable to Zero, Sunsurf Mobile 10, Sunsurf 10 plans, Just 8 and Super Value 1+1 and Sunshare. |

Existing customers on SunSaver and above who have completed at least 11 months of the 2 year handset contract can re-contract at $100 + the advertised price. |

| 17. |
Additional $100 / $200 off are applicable on the advertised prices of selected phones for new sign-up / re-contract on respective Sunsaver Plus or SunMax equivalent plans. A mid-tier / high-end contract applies for customer who enjoyed this $100 / $200 discount respectively. Customers who re-contract before the 21 months period of the 2-year handset contract can only sign up for one mid-tier / high-end handset contract per mobile line. |

Recontract on Message/ 1+1/ Chat 188/ Sunlite/ Suntalk 100v and Suntalk Super plans plans need to pay $100 + advertised handset price. Customers who have completed at least 11 months of the 2 year handset contract can recontract at $200 + advertised price. To make a purchase online, please call 1623 (9am-9pm) for assistance. |

iPhone Pricings are only applicable with a corresponding 24-month iPhone. iPhone plans are also not valid for supplementary plans, Sunsurf and Family & Friends value-added services. Customers are eligible for early re-contract after completing at least 11 months of their iPhone Contract, subject to payment of $300 as an early re-contract fee. Customers need not pay the early re-contract fee after 20 months into the iPhone Contract. A MircoSIM card is required for use on iPhone 4 and the SIM Card charges of $19.25 applies. This will be charged seperately. Customer should transfer/ back up SIM data before proceeding with a SIM exchange. |
