We reserve the right to reject/cancel your
order even after credit card settlement. We shall inform you via email
and a refund shall be made to your credit card. |

If you cancel the order, we shall refund your payment minus

phone offer prices on SunMax and above plans, pre-payment of $300 / $600 for a bill credit is applicable if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. For phone offer prices on SunSaver Plus and equivalent plans, pre-payment of $200 for a bill credit is applicable for subsequent mid-tier contract(s) if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 12 months. Pre-payment charge will be charged separately. |

Additional $100/$200 off are applicable on the advertised prices of selected phones for new sign-up/re-contract on respective SunSaver Plus or SunMax equivalent plans. A mid-tier/high-end contract applies for customer who enjoyed this $100/$200 discount respectively. Customers who re-contract before the 21 months period of the 2-year handset contract can only sign up for one mid-tier/high-end handset contract per mobile line. |

Customer with less than six (6) months tenure is entitled to sign up only 1 high-end plan such as SunMax/ iPhone Extreme+/ ExtremeSurf+/ iPhone Max+/ MaxSurf+. |

Special Handset Prices are applicable to sign up on M1 ValueSurf+, LiteSurf+, ExtremeSurf+ and MaxSurf+ Plans, unless otherwise stated, within an additional 24-month service commitment contract on the respective plans.
All sign-ups or re-contracts on iPhone plans must be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone. Sign-ups or re-contracts on ValueSurf+, LiteSurf+ and ExtremeSurf+ plans cannot be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone.
Please note that selected bill plans are retired and not available for re-contracts. Customers on these plans are required to re-contract on a new bill plan. For full listing of retired plans, click here.

iPhone Pricings are only applicable with a corresponding 24-month iPhone contract. iPhone plans are also not valid for supplementary plans, SunSurf and Family & Friends value-added services. Customers are eligible for early re-contract after completing at least 11 months of their iPhone Contract, subject to payment of $350 as an early re-contract fee. Customers need not pay the early re-contract fee after 20 months into the iPhone Contract. For temporary suspension of service, downgrading of mobile plan and termination of line prior to the expiry of the iPhone Contract, a Termination / Downgrade charge applies. A MicroSIM card and NanoSIM are required for use on iPhone 4/iPhone 4S and iPhone 5 respectively. The M1 Home Broadband are provided for residential use at the Service Address only. For Fibre Broadband, the Service Address must have been certified fibre-ready for the Services according to confirmation by the relevant ThirdParty Provider (OpenNet Pte Ltd). |
