Multi-SIM

Your one mobile number can be active on as many as 3 SIM cards which can be used in your mobile phone, Blackberry® device and smartphone. What's more, you can also configure and route all your incoming calls or emails to your specified device. Visit any M1 Shop or Customer Service Centre to sign-up.

Terms and Conditions:
1. This service is only available on postpaid 3G SIM cards.
2. Customers can subscribe to a maximum of 2 additional SIM cards per line. Each Multi-SIM subscription is limited to one user only and subscriptions are strictly non-transferable.
3. When roaming, simultaneous access by Multi-SIMs may not be available to certain partner networks. Customers should ensure that all their SIM cards are logged onto the specific partner networks/countries before beginning data roaming usage to utilize roaming promotions and benefits, otherwise the non-discounted Data Roaming rates may apply.
4. In the event of any fraudulent use or misuse of the service determined at M1's sole discretion, M1 reserves the right to terminate this service without prior notice to you.
5. M1's General Terms and Conditions published at www.m1.com.sg shall also apply to the service, unless otherwise expressly stated. In the event of any inconsistency between any of the M1 General Terms and Conditions and any of these terms and conditions herein or other terms and conditions that apply to you, such conflict or inconsistency will be resolved in a manner most favourable to M1.

Videomail Plus

With Videomail Plus, you will always know who video-called you! Your callers will get to hear your personalised greeting and they can even leave video messages for you! Videomail Plus is an all-new and improved Voicemail Plus – packed with more features such as receiving your Videomail messages via MMS, a better experience and at the same affordable rate!

Note:
Your Voicemail service will be terminated upon subscription to Videomail Plus. Existing Voicemail messages will also be removed.

	Customers (M1/non-M1) who purchase handsets at retail prices are not required to subscribe to any service plan or sign any mobile phone service contract.
	A one-time registration fee of $10.70 applicable for every new SIM card, will be reflected in the bills.
	For phone offer prices on SunMax plan and above, pre-payment of $300 / $600 for a bill credit is applicable if your subscription to the applicable M1 service(s) is less than 6 months.
	For handset purchase with promo code, the discount will only be deducted from the final transaction amount on the selected delivery date.
	All sign-ups or re-contracts on iPhone plans must be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone. Sign-ups or re-contracts on ValueSurf/+, LiteSurf/+ and ExtremeSurf/+ plans cannot be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone.
	Please note that selected bill plans are retired and not available for re-contracts. Customers on these plans are required to re-contract on a new bill plan. For full listing of retired plans, click here.
	For Fibre Broadband, you will be charged any miscellaneous fees, where applicable and as may be requested by you, in respect of each Service Address.
