All sign-ups or re-contracts on iPhone plans must be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone. Sign-ups or re-contracts on ValueSurf/+, LiteSurf/+ and ExtremeSurf/+ plans cannot be accompanied with purchase of an iPhone.
